• Day 1 Arrive in Lhasa by plane or by train

     

  You may take train or air plane to Tibet from Nepal or China Mainland, at the monument you land Tibet, you will be welcome by our hospitality tour guide by saying Tashidelek, and offer a white and holy scurf. • Day 2 Day 2 Exploring Lhasa

     

  Tibet's spiritual and governmental nexus was the Potala Palace. The palace of the Dalai Lama, in every respect, the celebrity which it enjoys throughout the world. It is powerful yet inviting, secure and stabile, yet fantastic and delightful. We'll visit the Potala and explore the grandest of its myriad rooms, its audience halls, the immense, jeweled burial chortens of past Dalai Lama. Tibet's holiest temple, the Jokhang Temple, was often referred to by early Western visitors as Lhasa's cathedral. "An endless, three-story high flight of chapels surrounds [the statue]," the pioneering Tibetologist Guissepe Tucci wrote, "decorated with the smiling and sneering Buddhist pantheon. Jokhang Temple was built by King Songsten Gampo in 647 A.D. no place in Tibet than the Johkang can attract so many pilgrims, so much spiritual longing. The Jokhang is circled by the Barkhor, Lhasa's old market. In today's Barkhor we can bargain goodnaturedly for dorjes, phurbas, thangkas, and other religious implements, for Tibetan hats and boots, books, turquoise jewelry, everyday exotica, wall hangings, and maybe even some yak butter.

• Day 3 Day 3 Exploring Lhasa

     

  Today features visits to 2 of the most important monasteries in Tibetan Buddhism – the Drepung and Sera Monasteries. Drepung Monastery is located on the hillside west of Lhasa – at one time the world's largest monastery with about 10,000 monks living there. A pleasant walk up the hill leads to the solemn ambience inside the monastery's many halls and chapels.

  After Drepung, we will move on to the Sera Monastery. The main highlight of the Sera Monastery is watching the crowd of monks debating inside the shady courtyard behind the main temple. Every day except Sunday, hundreds of red-robed monks assemble in small groups and practice their debating skills – a very impressive sight to behold, as the monks are very animated in their debates about the various attributes of Buddhist scriptures.

• Day 4 Day 4 Lhasa-Gyantse-Shigatse

     

  LHASA TO GYANTSE, We drive follows the Tsangpo River, and then up and over15,700-foot Khampa La. Below is the huge expanse of Yamdrok Lake, and in the near distance rises a great 23,000-foot snow peak with the delightful name of Ningdzingzonka. We head westward along the lake and drive toward Gyantse. Gyantse was historically Tibet's third largest city (after Lhasa and Shigatse). In Gyantse, we will visit the famous Pelkor Monastery, Pelkor Monastery is the main monastery in Gyantse, The Pelkor Chode Monastery also includes Gyantse Kumbum. The Kumbum has nine floors and each tier has unique chapels. It is considered the largest of the three Kumbums in Tibet.

  After one and a half driving, we arrive in Shigatse, which is the second largest city in Tibet,s In Shigatse, we'll visit Tashilunpo Monastery, the seat of Tibet's second highest incarnation, the Panchen Lama. The immense complex is a rambling warren of chapels, shrines, and halls linked by mysterious alleyways and steep staircases.

• Day 5 Day 5 Shigatse-Everest Base Camp

     

  We'll leave Shigatse after getting your Alien's travel permit, and then drive to Lhatse until the lunch. On the way to Lhatse our tour guide will stop the car at few points for rest. after that you will arrive at Shegar and if the weather is clear enough then on the way down to shegar you will view the Mt, Everest from long distance . After 4 to 6 hours then you will arrive at Rongbuk monastery but on the way again you will pass one of the highest mountain in Tibet (pang la pass height 5050m) from that's pass you will view the whole five highest pick in the world(start from left Mt, Makalu height 8481m, Mt, Lhotse height 8511m, Mt, Everest height 8848m, Mt, Cho Oyu height 8154m ) then stay a night at tent or Rongbuk monastery (during the summer time most of the tourist would like to stay in the tent instant of guest house but during the winder season all the tourist have to stay in the Rongbuk monastery's guest house.

• Day 6 Day 6 Everest Base Camp-Gyirong Town

     

  Early in the morning we will enjoy the sun rise on the top of Mt, Everest; After that our tour we will drive back to the main road(318 national high way) to Gyirong Port. On the way you still have the chance to get a last glimpse of the Mt.Everest and the Himalaya mountains. Mt. Everest: Located in the Himalayas ranges of the border between Tibet and Nepal, Everest is also called Qomolangma or Chomolungma. It raises 8,848 metres (29,029 ft) above sea level, it is the main peak of Himalayas and the world's highest mountain. The Everest is covered by snow all the year round, when sun shines on the mountain, the summit of the mountain seems like the pyramid covered by the sunlights, offering a spectacular view.
